Sketch for a contemporary kitchen with open bar including appliances and glass doors for all cabinets. The design is incorporated in a studio apartment and becomes one of the main focus points in the space.
Kitchen & Bar Concept Design
Adjacent to the master bedroom a solid red cedar closet was installed. Red cedar was originally used in closets to keep moths and insects away from clothes. Another hand made stained glass mirror was created with a complementing color scheme.
Master Closet
In the Master bathroom the floors were re-finished and the claw food tub was re-installed. A new corner shower and a double sick with cabinets and a corner cabinet were added. We created a hand made stain glass mirror and painted the walls in a clean and refreshing colors.
Master Bathroom
This master bedroom’s ceiling was changed to a cathedral ceiling, the walls had venetian plaster with pigment applied and the wide plank flooring was completely re-finished. The minimalist but large furniture in this room compliments its original beauty.
Dining table with red oak and solid steel legs. Constructed with two vertical wooden joints and pegs made of aluminum. No glue or screws were used to keep it very pure and natural. The table top planks have the freedom to move with the varying climate so no stress forces the construction to break. The wood is finished with 100% pure tung oil with enhances the beauty of the wood every time it is re-applied.
